Jeffrey has been part of Strategic for over 12 years and currently serves as Information Technology & Systems Manager, where he plays a key role in shaping and maintaining the organization’s technology systems and digital platforms that supports staff across offices and field operations. Jeffrey earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in 2004 from Lyceum of the Philippines University and has developed experience supporting the systems and tools that staff rely on in their day-to-day work. He emphasizes structure, clear processes, and strong documentation while advocating for his team and fostering an environment where both people and systems can operate reliably and effectively. His focus is on ensuring technology remains stable, scalable, and supportive of the organization’s long-term growth.
