He has a deep record in heavy civil, marine, mining and infrastructure, and has worked extensively alongside First Nations communities to deliver high-impact, collaborative projects. Andrew is passionate about team development, operational excellence, and mentoring future leaders. Based in Prince George, his leadership style blends strategic vision with empathy and hands-on experience, aligning with SNRgroup’s mission to create sustainable, community-focused solutions across Western Canada.
