Strategic’s extensive experience with Community Wildfire Resiliency Plan (CWRP) development provides a foundational understanding of the overlapping values, regulations, and legislation that are present and unique to each community. We recognize the importance of aligning project objectives with stakeholder priorities and environmental considerations, ensuring those targets are met and that each plan is tailored to enhance community safety and resilience against wildfires. Our CWRPs stratify treatment units across the landscape based on a wildfire risk analysis and field-verified stand characteristics, providing wildfire risk reduction recommendations for the community in accordance with the seven FireSmart disciplines. We employ a science-based methodology that integrates local and provincial priorities with overarching objectives of prevention and preparedness.
