Tracy has 20 years of Human Resource experience, specializing in recruitment, performance management and organizational change. As a member of the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of British Columbia and the Yukon, Tracy offers expertise in employment law, organizational restructuring, and training and development.
Tracy is well respected in the natural resource industry and amongst her peers for common sense, practical solutions that create a win for staff, clients and the organization. She has spearheaded and implemented several leadership and training programs in collaboration with our clients that increased the “Leadership DNA” and ensure that Strategic is consistently providing relevant service offerings to our clients.
Her belief in valuing staff and supporting them in their growth and skill development makes her a valued advisor and key member of the executive team.
