Brian is an operations‑focused project management leader with over 15 years of experience delivering process improvements, organizational planning, and multi‑disciplinary project execution across the natural resource sector. Brian has led corporate‑level initiatives in project governance, reporting, analytics, financial performance tracking, and enterprise system implementation, including ERP integrations, budgeting tools, KPI dashboards, and operational workflows.
As Director of Project Management & Business Analytics—and previously as Regional Manager of Strategic’s Technology Integration Group—he has overseen teams in GIS, IT, RPAS, and business systems, delivering modernized solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, and operational effectiveness. Brian has managed projects spanning access planning, wildfire operations, geospatial modernization, and resource development, and has supported major clients including Coastal GasLink, Mosaic Forest Management, Canfor, BC Hydro, and Western Forest Products. With a background in forest operations and advanced credentials in business administration and project management, Brian brings a practical, systems‑minded approach to solving complex operational challenges, optimizing processes, and guiding cross‑functional teams toward successful outcomes.
