With Strategic since 2023, Tina brings together marketing, business development support, grant coordination, and internal administration. She works alongside staff across the company to develop proposals, organize business development efforts, and strengthen how Strategic shares its work. Whether it’s shaping a submission, finding relevant opportunities, or pulling together supporting materials, Tina helps teams put forward thoughtful, well-organized proposals. She also leads marketing initiatives and grant applications, while supporting the day-to-day operations. Tina enjoys connecting people, creating clear processes, and helping others feel supported in their work.
Her previous work experience includes the not-for-profit sector, occupational health and safety, GIS, marketing, community relations, environmental management, emergency management, and teaching secondary visual art education in Port Alberni and Oliver, BC. She enjoys connecting people, creating practical processes, and helping others succeed in their roles.
