Honouring National Indigenous Peoples Day 2026

On June 21, Strategic Natural Resource Group proudly joins communities across Canada in recognizing National Indigenous Peoples Day—a time to celebrate the rich cultures, traditions, knowledge, and contributions of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples. 

As a majority Indigenous-owned business, this day holds particular meaning for Strategic. Our foundation is rooted in Indigenous leadership, values, and relationships. The work we do is strengthened through collaboration, mutual respect, and the meaningful partnerships we build with Indigenous Nations and communities across British Columbia and beyond. 

We are committed to advancing opportunities that respect Indigenous rights, support economic participation, and honour the stewardship of traditional territories. Through our work, we strive to create lasting value by fostering relationships built on trust, respect, and shared understanding. 

National Indigenous Peoples Day is also an opportunity to reflect on the importance of continued learning and meaningful engagement. We recognize that strong partnerships are built over time through listening, collaboration, and a commitment to understanding the perspectives, priorities, and aspirations of the communities we work alongside.
